- Eligibility: This promotion is available to new landlords with new properties who sign a management agreement with our agency.
- Minimum Term: A minimum management service term of twelve (12) months is required to qualify for this promotion.
- Free Management Period: The management fee on the gross rental collection will be waived for months seven (7) through nine (9) of the management term.
- Initial Term Charges: Standard management fees will apply for the initial six (6) months of the management term.
- Promotion Period: This offer is valid for agreements signed before 30th September 2024
- Conditions of Eligibility:
- The property must be new to our management portfolio.
- The landlord must enter into a management agreement with our agency for a minimum term of twelve (12) months.
- Cancellation Policy: If the management agreement is terminated by the landlord before the completion of the minimum twelve (12) months term, the landlord will be liable for the management fees for the entire period, including any waived fees during months seven (7) through nine (9).
- Extension of Term: Should the landlord continue with our management services beyond the initial term, standard management fees will resume after the promotional period.
- Payment of Fees: All other fees and charges associated with the property management, excluding the waived management fee, will continue to apply during the promotional period.
- Modifications and Termination: Our agency reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- By entering into a management agreement with our agency, the landlord acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
